Third-party funds (Derdengelden)

We do not receive third-party funds within the meaning of the Regulation on the legal profession (Verordening op de advocatuur). We do not have a  escrow foundation and are also exempt from the obligation to have an escrow account available. Under no circumstances do we receive third-party funds on our company account.

Register of Legal Areas (rechtsgebiedenregister)

On the basis of the registrations in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar, our lawyers listed below are obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year in accordance with the rules of The Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse orde van advocaten, NOvA) in each registered principal area of law.
